Why effective presentation?
Effective presentation is essential for the delivery of high quality messages. One who is capable to entice his audience with his presentation is most definitely capable of closing his sales or conveying the message intended. This training is designed to prepare staff to take on future presentation will ease and confidence.
So, why are there needs for effective presentation?
Effective presentation allows individual to present their thoughts to a wide range of groups. It is important because the knowledge that will be imparted to the general audience has to be comprehended by all parties. Effective presentation saves time, money and manpower. Bosses want conciseness rather than elaborated discussions. A good presentation covers all areas comprehensively, but yet it is delivered in the most interesting manner.
This training will discuss issues pertaining to effective presentation skills. Participants will be given case studies to discuss and there will be role plays and simulation exercises throughout the training.

Speak Up : Let’s Hear You Out!
In this session, participants will be requested to speak ad hoc on a topic given. It is intended to identify the kind of body language and language used in this session, which will be used as examples throughout the workshop. From this session, the facilitator will give initial feedback on the participants' presentation abilities.

What is effective presentation?
In this session, discover what effective presentation is. Participants will also have an insight on how integrated communication should be in incorporated in an effective presentation.

Effective Presentation: Then and Now
In this session, participants will explore the various techniques used in presentation skills. Communication processes will be analysed over the years, and how it can be applied in today's times and whether this same technique can be applied in the future.

Different Form of Presentation - when to use what?
In this session, participants will be taken through various forms of presentation. Then, participants will be requested to make a summary and do a short presentation based on an exercise given. This exercise helps participant to analyse and focus on the gist of the topic.

Body Language: Is it All that Important?
Assessing the key elements of non-verbal communications and how it is usually misinterpreted in presentations. Participants will be given load of examples to support this discussion.

Preparing the Presentation
Participants will be taken through on the processes to go through before a presentation is carried out. Examples of a good presentation and a bad presentation will be showed to allow participants to understand the impact of a good presentation.

Let's start Working on It!
In this session, participants will break into groups and work on their presentation based on the topics given. All the topics will be relevant to workplace setting to allow participants to have hands on experience.

Presentation Time: Let's Overcome the Fear Factor
In this session, participants will present their discussion in power point. The discussions will be evaluated and other participants will be allowed to ask questions and give their opinions on the presentation. At the end of this session, participants will be able to deliver effective presentations.
Methodology
This workshop includes lectures, reading materials, simulation exercises, presentation by participants. It is an interactive session which gives lots of room for participants to make the best of the workshop.
