Department heads, managers, and executives who involve in industrial relations, domestic inquiry, and investigation should attend this course. This training program focuses on how a proper investigation and prosecution should be done from the perspective of the Industrial Court. It is also the objective to ensure the participant to understand how to not only conduct the investigation but also to bring the charges with good evidence during the domestic inquiry for a proper and fair conviction against the accused.
