Course Outline:

• Understanding the Iceberg Phenomenon

  Participants will taught in this session that in most organisation, employers fail to understand their staff before what they see in a staff is their 10% potential and in most instances, they fail to tap the 90% potential in them.

• Analysing Organisation Needs and Expectation

  In order for an organisation to continue to prosper, it is important for management to understand the key principles surrounding the organisation. This includes the fundamental needs and expectations of the organisation.

• Elements of Corporate Excellence

  In this session, participants will analyse the elements of corporate excellence and how to apply them at the workplace to maximise corporate excellence in the organisation.

• Introducing New Age Skill

  In this session, participants will be taught on the importance of accepting and incorporating new age skills in the organisation in order to competitive in market force.

Methodology

This workshop includes lectures, reading materials, case studies discussions, simulation exercises, presentation by participants. It is an interactive session which gives lots of room for participants to make the best of the workshop.
