Course Introduction ›
Today, many organizations have implemented the mentoring system and training as vehicles for continuous employee development, as well as promoting corporate successor planning. Mentoring will not only improve and enhance employee performance, but can also lead to greater employee engagement, and therefore increased employee motivation and loyalty. Mentoring ranked alongside the provision of clear instructions, and the permitting of staff autonomy, in helping to build employee engagement.
Nevertheless, to effectively introduce this exercise, it requires the effort from both the mentors and mentees. Mentors play the important roles in providing & guiding the mentees with the ongoing support that enable them to perform their job effectively and achieve their full potential. At the same time, a mentee must understand their critical roles in supporting the effort in making the mentoring process a successful one.
This program is developed to meet the fundamental of an individual role from the perspective of an employee and the organization by understanding the spirit of the teamwork in making the mentoring system work. In this program, both the mentors and mentees will learn how to manage different type of human behavioral and how they can meet respective needs within their organization. At the end of this training, the participants will be able to improve their productivity by unlocking their inner strength and in the same time finding the self-esteem in building their long-term career.
