So, why are there conflicts at workplace?

Many factors contribute to conflicts to take place. But most importantly, Understanding conflict and how it can be used for effective resolution strategies is important for effective communication and productivity in the workplace.

Cultures in organization also contribute to the existence of conflicts at workplace. Therefore, it is important to look at strategies to overcome conflicts and focus on collaboration.

Effective Communication Determines Avoidance of Conflicts

The use of emotional intelligence and understanding the core aspects of people’s personality is vital in overcoming conflicts at workplace. People are made differently and the patterns of thoughts are different. Therefore, these aspects have to be carefully comprehended to ensure a better culture at the workplace. This workshop will also discuss pertaining issues like leadership styles and how it has an impact on deliverance of service. Participants will be given case studies to discuss and there will be role plays and simulation exercises throughout the workshop.

In this session, discover what is conflict and how does it arise at the workplace setting.

Effective Communication : It prevents conflicts at workplace!

In this session, participants will explore how effective communication helps in avoiding conflicts at workplace.

Non-verbal communication : It Speaks Louder!

In this session, participants will identify key elements of interpersonal communication and the 9 behavioral characteristics pertaining to it. Participants will also discuss on how body language communicates differently at different situations.

Conflict Resolution : Let’s Do it

In this session, discover the importance of looking at conflict resolution methods for the benefit of the organization.

Emotional Intelligence : A paradigm shift

Assessing the need to change in the mindset of people in accepting emotion as part of an essential quality in a person. Participants will be given different situations to analyze to see how feasible emotional intelligence models can be applied and implemented.

Understanding Different Personalities: Accept it, We Are All Different!

Participants will analyse how different personalities affect their lives and the people around them,and due to this, people are always communicating differently. In this session, participants will be given case studies to analyse.

Different Cultures : Are We Victims of People’s Culture?

Discover the correlation between organizational cultures and the existence of conflict at workplace. Participants will be given cases to compare in this session.
