In this topic, participants will be taught to analyse the elements and characteristics of corporate excellence and how to apply them at the workplace to maximise business performance in the organization.

Crisis In Corporate Culture
In this topic, participants will be taught on how various organizations have dealt with their business crisis that directly impact their corporate culture and what are the strategies that need to be adopted in overcoming such crises.
